Domain Name Registrations No refunds once a domain is registered. Service Level Agreements do not apply to Domain Name Registrations.
Custom Programming and Design Initial
deposit is non-refundable. Once a customer has approved the work in
progress, money paid prior to that approval are non-refundable. No
refunds will be given once the final work is delivered to the customer.
Printing Print
orders are not refundable unless the finished product do not meet the
specifications (such as stock, folding, die-cutting, and binding) of
the job. We are not responsible for color-shifts as a result from
RGB-to-CYMK conversion. Color matching is not guaranteed unless
particular spot or Pantone colors are specified and accepted by Us.
Exact trim space is not guaranteed.
Consulting Services, Search Engine Optimization, Ad Management These services are non-refundable.

Money Back Guarantees are limited to one per customer, credit card,
checking account number or domain name. Refunds will not be issued if
the customer has violated Terms of Service or other service policies.
