Before you start your Support Pro session, please review the following:
1. Contact us and let us know you are requesting Support Pro. Support Pro is available by appointment only.
2. Make sure you close any windows or programs that may contain sensitive information.
3. You can terminate your Support Pro session at any time by clicking on the End button on the support timer.

You don't have to lift a finger. We'll set up your computer's email accounts, troubleshoot website issues, and even perform demonstrations remotely!
Support Pro utilizes an encrypted connection to keep your data safe. Our Support Pro software requires no installation, contains no spyware or adware, and removes itself from memory* after your Support Pro session is over.
Support Pro is available for clients using Windows only.
* For your convenience, the Support Pro software will remain on your computer's hard drive so you may use it again at a different time. The software is not active when it is not being used, and can be deleted at any time.
